Find AI-like style signals (repetition, transitions, hedging, structure) and hidden copy/paste characters that cause subtle mismatches. No score. No rewriting.
Run the check to see signals and examples. Shortcut: Ctrl/Cmd+Enter.
For a dedicated cleanup report (spaces/quotes/dashes/line endings), use:
Hidden markers (green/amber) show where odd characters occur. Style highlights (yellow) show where signal phrases appear.
Many “AI detection” systems don’t rely on a single removable watermark. In practice, they often look for a mixture of stylistic patterns (repetition, overuse of connectors, uniform structure) and copy/paste artifacts (hidden Unicode characters, non-breaking spaces, smart quotes) that make text behave differently than it looks.
This page is a clarity & integrity audit. It does not produce a detection score and it does not rewrite your content. It highlights fixable issues, and the cleanup output can remove known technical breakers while keeping wording intact.
Note: style heuristics are currently English-centric. Hidden character detection works across languages.
No. There is no universal removable AI watermark. This tool reports style signals and copy/paste integrity issues so you can fix what’s genuinely fixable.
Characters like zero-width marks, bidi controls, joiners, BOM, and non-standard spaces. They can break parsing, tokens, and exact matches even when the text looks normal.
The style checks rely on English tokenization and English phrase lists. For non-English text, treat style signals as a weak hint, not a verdict. The copy/paste (hidden character) checks remain reliable.
Minimal removes invisible/control characters, converts weird spaces to normal spaces, and removes soft hyphen. Strict also normalizes smart quotes, dashes, and ellipsis, and can normalize line endings to LF and trim trailing spaces.
It should not. Cleanup targets technical breakers, not wording. If you paste code/commands, Strict is recommended. If you paste prose and you care about typography, Minimal may be safer.
